What’s Involved?

You will be heavily involved in the development of the state and regional franchisor services. You will assist them in developing brand awareness, advertising campaigns and marketing promotions along with managing all other aspects of operating in a fast growing market space.

Strong communication skills are paramount as you will be required to regularly engage with franchisees as well as clients or stakeholders.

As a National Franchisor, you will work closely with head office management and have the opportunity to attend development coaching forums, engage in business growth and develop business strategies. As you will be working with some of Australia’s leading companies, you should be able to handle pressure and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience in the franchising or digital marketing sector are not necessary however, a National Franchisor should have management and leadership experience.
